Ron A.K.A "Animal" was born in Nashua, N.H. just north of Boston. He began playing drums in the 8th grade. He's backed up greats such as Mitch Rider of The Detroit Wheels, Dee Dee Sharp (The Mash Potato song), Shirley Ellis (The Name Game song), & Jimmy Helurs (Jingle Bell Rock song).

At 21 he began playing full time, 7 nights a week for 7 years gigging at local hotspots, state fairs, beach resorts and ski resorts. He moved to florida and joined Flashback in 1990 - 1994. He jumped back in the saddle in 2003 when he joined Meanstreak.
